I have a stupid question my first name on my visa card is Mona and so on my bank account

but my last name on the visa card is Mostafa, while on the bank account is Hamza!
What should I choose For my last name!?

another Question is: My address is in Arabic in my bank account, what should !?
Can I write it in Arabic!?

This is a strange one. You would usually have the same full-name listed on your card and bank details, you see.

For successful payments and and withdrawals, the name on your PayPal account needs to match the name on your financials. 

As a result, it might be best to speak to either your bank or card issuer to update your name so that both match?

To answer your second query, it would also be best to ask your bank what address you should list on your PayPal account. Your PayPal account is in English, so the address you give us should be written in English.
