I bought a postage label from shutl Ltd but it wouldnt print I had to buy a second one direct from royal mail how do I get a refund from shutl all I get when I ring paypal is an automated message which never gets my problem resolved

Hello I did contact them direct they said I had to cancel via ebay which I did on the day the label wouldn't print but I still haven't had a refund.
