Selling Item

Hi, 

i posted an item in gumtree and someone wants to buy the iphone from me and wants to send money via Paypal. Obviously i will send the phone after i recive the money but, what if he makes a scam and will tell me that he didnt recive the phone, and then he will "claim" the money back ?

Can anyone help me with this course im not to sure if i wana sell it this way and get into problems Thanks

If you send trackable and tracking and siggy shows he received the item then you would win a dispute for non receipt.

If you sent it and it did not arrive (however you sent) then you would have to refund and claim from R.M.

However you should really go and read up on seller protection so you can then risk assess your own transactions.
