Hi some1 said they never received a item of my daughter that used my paypal account. Balance said - £19.17 and that payments on hold .. ive added this amount from my card which its now brought balance back to zero. Yet its still not letting me refund to the lady not enought funds yet ive just paid the amount to paypal please help confused and want to get this sorted
