Provide proof of business information when I don't have a business?

I recently sold some stuff on ebay and was paid through paypal. Paypal found this behaviour unusual and locked down the account. After submitting evidence using my passport and drivers license, they have been pending review for almost a month now. Furthermore Paypal are asking me for proof of things like invoices, dispatch address, company details. I don't have any of these things as I do not own a business! The only relevant fields are identity and address but the account just keeps getting increasingly locked down. Ideas?

Hey HapppyH,
Thanks for posting your question here :).
I understand that you have a limitation on the account. If you are not able to provide the requested documents I would advise to send us an email to explain what you are selling and where you get the items from that you sell. In most cases we just need to verify the account activity :). When we receive information by email we can add this to the case and request a review for you. You can send us an email through the 'Help & contact' page.
I hope this helps.
Dian
