Proof of purchase for warranty activation

Hi there,

I bought a laptop off ebay and the manufacturer is after a receipt from paypal or ebay to confirm I bought it so they can activate the warranty. What's the best way to provide the information for them? Many thanks

You should ask the manufacturer if they can accept a copy of the PayPal transaction from your account as proof of purchase.

We cannot issue this type of document to you but you could also try forwarding them the payment confirmation email you received and that should help.
