Profile won't complete passed 80%

My profile got to 80%, needed to download Android app to complete. This I did and uploaded my profile pic from the phone app. Changed password to pin on PayPal website. But according to my account on the website, my phone does not have the app installed, so even if I wanted to remove it I couldn't. How can I convince my profile the app is installed and logged in?
