Hello everyone,
i hope the title is precise, but i'm explaining this better: i want to add a payment profile on google play, and when i try to add PayPal as method, PayPal is asking me to connect another card to my profile to "complete the payment". I would like to know why since: 1. I already have a VERIFIED card on my PayPal with money inside. 2. i have PayPal founds as well and that is my "default paying method" on PayPal.
so my 2 questions are: why would i need to add a card if i already have one and all worked totally fine till now, and what is the payment it has to complete since im not buying anything, im just adding a payment profile on google play?
