Problem when I' m trying to buy something

Hi, I' m having problem when I try to buy something. The problem is after I click the button "Login" in the popup screen. When I click the "Login" button the screen change in "Checking your info..." with the blue circle rolling around ... and stay there for ever. Never moves on the next screen.
