Apologies for the delay. Do you mean postal address? If so, you should be able to edit this through the 'Settings' section of your account. To edit an existing address: under the address you'd like to update click 'Update'. Then enter the details and click 'Change Address'. Please note however you cannot change the country your PayPal account is registered to. If you have moved to another country you would need to close your PayPal account and open a new account in the country you are now residing in.
