Phone number no longer in use to validate account

I am having to use my business account to write this because I cannot get access to my personal account anymore and it is basically impossible to make any contact with Paypal via email without logging in.
The phone number to validate sign in on my account is no longer in use. I need a way to access my account again so I can remove this number.
There must be some validation I can do to get access back.
I need to get back into my account asap.
