I sold a filing cabinet, collect only. When the buyer came to collect it wouldnt fit in her car. Said she would talk with her husband and either i could deliver it (which i suggested) or she would come 'one day next week'
She then said it wouldnt fit in her office and she had been misled by the pictures, thinking it ws narrower than she thought. This is despite the description having all accutate measurements!
The item is still available for collection by the buyer.
She made a PayPal claim against me saying the 'Item not as described'
PayPal emailed me and decided in my favour and said a refund should not be given.
5 minutes after that case was closed she opened a new one, and the only options for my response are:
1] can I provide proof the item was sent
2] I have not posted the item and I will refund payment
3]I can provide proof that I refunded the payment for this transaction
HELP!!!!

Why can't you just refund her? She made a mistake re size and you still have the item so what is the problem?
Just refund her and re-sell the item.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
