Hey all,
Last week I purchased an item on Ebay using Paypal Credit and chose the monthly installment option - paying a certain amount each month for 18 months.
I've been given no information about when I need to make these payments each month however?
And do I need to set up a direct debit myself or is this done automatically?

Hi Moomino,
Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
We will automatically send you monthly reminders to notify you of when your payment is due. We’ll ask you to make your first payment around 35 days from when your PayPal Credit account was opened. You can also log in to your account here https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/paypal-virtual-credit to check on this. You can choose whether to set up a direct debit or make the payment yourself monthly. If you want to set up monthly direct debit payments, you can do this provided you have a bank account linked to your PayPal account.
- Log into your PayPal account and select PayPal Credit
- Select “Set up a direct debit payment”
- Choose how much you want to pay each month and from which bank account.
I hope this helps.
Rachael
