Paypal have informed me that a payment made in November 2017 has been reversed by the bank as the person is querying the transaction which they say was made without their consent. It was an E.Bay item and I received positive feedback at the time from the buyer, so assumed all was OK. Therefore, I no longer have the proof of posting, after this was 4 months ago. How do I stand?
