Payment made to me in error how i do i refuse it as its deducting a charge and nothing to do with me

Payment sent to my account is nothing to do with me and been asked to refuse it.
no option to refuse it!!
If i press refund it wants to deduct a fee but its not my fault the person paid me in error.
What do i do???

Apologies for the delay. If there is no 'refuse' button it sounds like the payment has completed to your account. When you issue a refund the fixed fee charged to process the original payment is retained.
