I recently bought a shed and paid through Pay Pal, I wasn't happy with the shed and sent it back, no problem and was informed by Pay Pal that money would be refunded into my account. This was done, I've now just received an email from Pay Pal that there was some suspected activity on my account and the refund has been reversed. They are asking me to verify the account by confirming all my personal information, including card numbers and security codes. I have checked my bank account and the money was refunded when it should of been. I have seen information requests by pay pal and they give code numbers but do not ask for any personal information in the depth that the email was asking for. I haven't replied to the email. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
