Page blocking unsubscription request - I cant stop this monthly outgoing

Hello,

I have a subscription that will not allow me to switch it off - Clearly the page was built by the developer who it is for and he has set it up such that now that I want to stop payment it is clear he as set the page to break such that I cannot end his subscription.

This is a serious hack and it is costing me money.

Is there anyone in Paypal who can take care of resolving this? 

I need to have that monthly outgoing terminated.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.

My experience: - there is no "thick blue band top of page" - 

I can see the the profile tab (icon next to log out) - clicking on that does not bring me to a page that has the word payments on it anywhere let alone third option along 

You must be using a different iteration of the paypal set up maybe?

Either way, I am still no further forward and this guy will continue to receive payments despite my need to cancel those payments because he has set up the page to override my request to cancel. Let me give you what I men by way of two jing videos:

I went and something has happened such that the payment unsubscribe request is now being agreed to.

OK so by some weird effect, the subscription has been cancelled.

No further issues to resolve at this time.
