Why are you doing this? Your answer: Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments. My experience: - there is no "thick blue band top of page" - I can see the the profile tab (icon next to log out) - clicking on that does not bring me to a page that has the word payments on it anywhere let alone third option along You must be using a different iteration of the paypal set up maybe? Either way, I am still no further forward and this guy will continue to receive payments despite my need to cancel those payments because he has set up the page to override my request to cancel. Hello, I have a subscription that will not allow me to switch it off - Clearly the page was built by the developer who it is for and he has set it up such that now that I want to stop payment it is clear he as set the page to break such that I cannot end his subscription. This is a serious hack and it is costing me money. Is there anyone in Paypal who can take care of resolving this? I need to have that monthly outgoing terminated. My paypal account is in the UK has always run on UK pounds sterling - they leave it such that you have NO OPTION but to have to convert it ti US dollars and then rob you again converting it to UK sterling. A total disgrace - and where do you go to complain to this facelss organisatoin. Almost as bad as Amazon.

Hello i received some money the other day in Canadian dollars. I am in London UK and my account is run in UK punds sterling I did not realise I have to agree to accept money sent to me. That was a surprise but nowhere near as big a surprise as to find that Payapl has arranged with the banks a nefarious agreement whereby if I receive in Canadian Paypal demands it is FIRST TRANSFERRED IN TO US DOLLARS (TERHERBY INCURRING HUGE CONVERSOIN CHARGES) before then converting it in to pounds sterling. This is a totally disgusting practice and an abuse of your priviledged position as the interface between the two parties in this transaction. Unless it is agreed that this is totally unacceptable. please be assured, if there is any way I can stop you from exploiting people like this again and again., i will fight this all the way via twitter, government intervation etc. This cannot be allowed.
