Package never received, automatically returned by DHL but no money back

I bought something at Gearbest (with shipping insurance), they shipped it

but DHL decided to return it to the sender immediately (couldn't find my bell). That's also what the tracking link says.

I contacted Gearbest, but after more than 2 weeks of dumb answers I made a PayPal dispute.

PayPal decided in their favour. I have (evidently) never received the product nor my shipping insurance.
