I regularly use PayPal to pay for my knitting patterns but yesterday I was unable to checkout as there was a message saying my order was too low to complete. I contacted the helpline on my supplier's website and they told me to contact PayPal as they don't know what the problem is . I've tried using my PayPal balance instead of my card in case that was the problem but I am still unable to checkout and get my patterns, can anyone come up with an answer?
