WHOM EVER READ THIS, PLEASE DO YOUR BEST ON THIS.

This is one of the biggest request I can make as a Srilankan, We Need A Withdrawal Method to Srilanka .

There are thousands of online workers/Sellers/buyers... who needs the support of paypal. As a developing country we really need your help. 

We don`t have a withdrawal method to withdraw our money which we earn online.

Please we really need your help !!!!!!!!

The governor of Central Bank of Sri lanka said that they are looking to give the freedom of getting inward payments through Paypal.

Need Paypal Withdrawals to Srilanka

Once I opened an eBay list and attached my PalPal account for payments. Then only I realized what they really mean by PayPal is a one way ticket to Sri Lankans. I found out that eBay accepts Skrill(www.monenybookers.com). I tried to open a Skrill account.LOL, guess what? It has its own kind of problem. To activate the account you need to attach a debit/credit card. Ok, that's no problem. Then they will deduct some unknown fraction amount from your account, something like $0.514. You need to check with your bank statement (I check online) and say the exact amount they have deducted into the last decimal point. So what is the problem? My bank statement comes in Rupees and the deducted amount comes in Dollars. And the exchange rate calculation won't work. I found a solution for this as well. It was a long shot, but it gets the job done. It has the cost of maintaining two debit cards(~$50 per year).
