Thanks, but this money has been showing in my account for over a year. It is from ebay sale, why hasn't it cleared?

Sorry to sound so dim, the money was as a result of sales I made on ebay a couple of years ago it is about £60 which is showing as pending in my wallet, when I tried to withdraw it shows it is on hold. I don't know why this is unless I have been scammed by a buyer. As you can tell I don't use PayPal much so I am stuck.

ok well that is well weird, i was thinking it may be an international transaction in another currency but you say its pounds sterling going into a UK paypal account yes?

Yes thats right. I had almost forgotten about it until I was updating email details.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.
