My account is limited, and I've provided everything I was asked for. Please help

Hello, my account was limited following a payment I recieved. I have provided all the information required, credit card, bank account, national ID and driver license, phone bill YET I was still asked for a bank statement. Sent that one too and ever since it keeps saying "we'll get back to you in a few business days". Several places on the paypal website mention a response target of 48 hours, but more than a week has passed since then. Tried messaging customer support, nothing. Tried calling, the line doesn't connect. Tried calling the paypal phone number displayed on google, and it says it can't find my number associated with an account. That is not true, the number I have called from is my personal phone and the one listed on my account. Please help as on 3th of february the limitations will worsen, and on 24 of January (in 4 days) I have to make a subscription payment. Thank you!
