My Money is still pending

It's only $4.48, but my Money that I earned has been held for over 6 months.

As you see, it says I have the money pending, but there are no pending transactions. I while back it said in May of 2017 that I should get it in 21 days, and it's been well over that.

In general, if a payment is held, it might be due to an unresolved problem in your Resolution Centre. If you do not have any open case on your account, your best option would be to contact our Customer Service and ask for the funds to be released manually. 

If you would like to call in, you can find the correct phone number for your country by clicking Help & Contact at the bottom of the PayPal homepage and then clicking Call customer support. After you logged in, the system will give you a one-time passcode which is unique number identifies you when you call so we can provide you with better service.
