Money on hold

I have sold some NEXT vouchers via ebay for £140 and paypal are withholding for money for 21 days.

On Ebay I can see that the tracking information is correct and can even verify that the buyer has signed for the item. Paypal is telling me if I input the tracking information then it will speed up the process however when I enter the tracking information into paypal I get an automated email telling me the tracking information is invalid. The tracking number is perfectly correct however.

No idea what to do, is it possible to send a screenshot to paypal directly on an email address?

Give c.s. a call and they can add it manually for you if you are having probs adding it.

Although if its an Ebay transaction then its the Ebay hold and normally Ebay authorise Paypal when they can release them.

Thing is I am adding it fine, but its coming back saying they cant authorise it.

If its an ebay hold (how do I find out if it is) how do I hurry them up because I have put that information into ebay
