I have a paypal account but i do not have a bank account or a credit/debit card with it. Can i still send/receive money? I am getting payed from a website soon and if i cant get it then i have to cancel it.
You can probably receive it into your balance but you won't be able to withdraw or spend it without a back up card linked to your paypal account to verify that account (or a bank account to withdraw).
Also if you are under 18 then you are not allowed a paypal account and your account would be limited as soon as paypal was aware.
