Just received £3.60 from a friend, why isn't it in my balance?

It says that the payment is completed, but it's not added to my ballence. My ballence is just over £1, which was already in there. Please help me!

yep same here £9.00 from my brother-in-law and shows complete but not in my balance , are we being ripped off
