I found a pair of on ebay but I cannot afford that much price. So I contacted the seller and asked for a discount. Then I added what's app and chat with the seller on that. He agreed to give me a discount. But he said that it is complicated to do that on ebay so I paid by payapl without ebay security. He promised me to post it as soon as possible. I paid on April 20th but he did not post it until. He let me pay him by the family and friend way so I cannot dispute now. I want find a way to solve this problem. Thank you.
By paying that way you sent him a ''gift'' and stopped any buyer protection you may have had.
Nothing paypal can do for you.
If you funded your paypal payment with a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will help you, but even they may not do so as it was not a payment for goods as you did not select that option.
