I can`t add bank account as its associated with my old paypal

I deleted my old paypal today as I got married and needed to change name and address which is tricky so I just opened another account.

However my new account won`t accept my bank card as its associated with my old account even though I have closed that one.

It says I have to delete it from old account, but how can I do this when I can no longer log into old account as its closed?

This is crazy, anyone help please?

Welcome to the PayPal Community. If you close your PayPal account the card is automatically removed. If you are still unable to add the card I recommend reaching out to our customer service on freephone 0800 358 7911.
