How to change the country?

I have a personal page in the UK and I am trying to set up a business account in Australia

I can't change the country of my account?

Also tyring to set up buttons to get paid for service.

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
