I have purchased two item from Gucci. I have received email from them saying that order has been received. On the next day another email from Gucci saying that paypal declined the paymenent for one item only. No money has been taken from my bank account however on my paypal accoun transaction is showing as pending for the full amount.
How to cancel the whole order? Thanks for your help.
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
