Don't you just love big compnies? I am (virtually) mute after throat cancer. So when I ring up I am talking to a machine ..... which I cannot correspond with. After 'he' has told me how sorry he is 10,00 times I give up. I try to sort the problem on line. Why do ALL companies give you an irritating list of questions you might like to ask? The one you want to ask is NEVER THERE. I have a dispute over a battery charge that was NOT as advertised, and was obviously an inferior Chinese thing. I opened a dispute ages ago and I've heard nothing.
Service sites like this are not done to make life easy for us. They're intended to be HARDER so that we give up and forget about it.
So if you intend to buy a battery charger for a Canon IXUS 95IS don't get it from. It will arrive NOT as advertise, and sent from somewhere near Nottingham, and if you complain you are told to return it to AMERICA. They're having a laugh. For a £15 worth of Chinese rubbish?
No more PayPal for me.

If you have opened a dispute then that is for communication between you and the seller to try and resolve things.
Paypal do not get involved until you escalate that dispute to a claim. You have up to 20 days to do so and if you do not then the dispute will time out and be closed.
However if paypal find in your favour you 'may well' have to return the item back to the seller first (trackable to prove delivery) before you get your refund. But you need to wait for them to tell you to do this first.
If you want to talk to an agent then >>
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.

You obviously didn't read my question.
As I am [virtually] MUTE I can't speak to the machine that is on the other end of the phone.
I can't ask a question on line as they neatly give you a list of questions. THE ONE I WANT TO ASK IS NEVER ON THE LIST.
I put in a complaint. I received an acknowledgement, then - NOTHING.
I don't fancy using Paypal again.

I told you how to get through to a REAL AGENT and NOT a machine who may well be able to understand you.
There are other options but can't be bothered to help anymore to someone who is so rude and did not bother to actually read my full reply.
