Don't you just love big compnies? I am (virtually) mute after throat cancer. So when I ring up I am talking to a machine ..... which I cannot correspond with. After 'he' has told me how sorry he is 10,00 times I give up. I try to sort the problem on line. Why do ALL companies give you an irritating list of questions you might like to ask? The one you want to ask is NEVER THERE. I have a dispute over a battery charge that was NOT as advertised, and was obviously an inferior Chinese thing. I opened a dispute ages ago and I've heard nothing. Service sites like this are not done to make life easy for us. They're intended to be HARDER so that we give up and forget about it. So if you intend to buy a battery charger for a Canon IXUS 95IS don't get it from. It will arrive NOT as advertise, and sent from somewhere near Nottingham, and if you complain you are told to return it to AMERICA. They're having a laugh. For a £15 worth of Chinese rubbish? No more PayPal for me.
