Hi, My buyer bought 2 items from me,

he originally said 1 was defective,as I had put in my description that I knew nothing about the items, I found them in a box in the loft, and that they were clean ond the focus ring worked as they should, and that there were no returns. I good faith i offwered a part refund which he accepted. After the refund was taken from my account he then said the the other item was defective and that he again wants a refund, Pay pal issused the partial refund but have now blocked my account from accesing the paid money,The buyer is in europe and I don't seem to be able to contact him. IfE,bay refund him the whole amount then I will be out of pocket and the buyer will have both items, I believe he is a dealer and that The item as far as I knew were working what do I do now

Your 'no refunds' policy is pointless if a buyer is using paypal as a buyer can file for item not received OR not as described and paypals policy which you agreed to outweighs yours.

 

However if paypal find in the buyers favour then 'normally' they have to return the item back to you 'trackable' before you have to refund.
