Fake email? Fake transaction

Hi people, just had an email from PayPal saying paid £45 to the following Receipt for Your Payment to Supplies Distributors SA No. 692797451, I've never heard of them, there's nothing on my transaction on PayPal itself, and it addresses me as my email not my name, there's a link that does say if this wasn't you click here, direct you to PayPal but the Web address is dark place wow? Not PayPal, I think this may be a scam. Any one seen anything like this before?

I've had exactly the same how have they got our email address.
