I have just placed an order with ASOS using my PayPal account because I had a £5 voucher on my account. It all went through on PayPal but as soon as the PayPal page went the ASOS page came up with a notice that there was a payment error and asked me to pay again. I've tried to pay again but the £5 voucher isn't there to add on anymore. I've had an email from PayPal saying "Thanks for your order from ASOS.COM Ltd. You saved £5.00 GBP with your special offer. Thanks for using PayPal. Money won’t leave your account until ASOS.COM Ltd processes your order. To see the full transaction details, log in to your PayPal account. Bear in mind, it may take a few moment for this transaction to appear." But ASOS won't process it because they haven't revived a payment. The only thing I can think that may be the cause is that the wrong bank card was selected with the wrong expiry date but surely the payment wouldn't of even gone through. So any help would be appreciated as I'd like to reorder today but don't want to make double payment.
