Hi, Community.
I have a big problem on my hand with Paypal. I am trying to setup direct debit and for the life of me, it won't happen. I have contacted Paypal and follow their instructions and to no avail.
Below is the following message I've sent to Paypal;
Hi, Paypal.
I follow your instructions as far as the below;
- Go to www.paypal.com/uk and into your account.
- Click on “Wallet” and under 'PayPal Credit' click Make a Payment.
It says; You have no payment due instead of Make a Payment
How do I get the Make a Payment to show up?
Thanks.

Do you mean you are trying to make a payment to 'paypal CREDIT'?
Or are you trying to set up a direct debit to fund your paypal payments to sellers?

I am a bit confuse by your question.
Paypal Credit and sellers.
What had happened is I bought an item with my Paypal credit and I want to setup a monthly direct debit so Paypal can debit money from my bank account.

When you pay a seller you don't pay in instalments you pay the full amount.
The direct debit is there so you can FUND those payments from your bank account instead of a card.
The only time you can pay in instalments is if you have applied for and been accepted for paypal credit, the seller is still paid in one lump sum but you can stagger payments according to your paypal credit terms.

Hi.
I am already accepted for Paypal credit and I also set up a direct debit with my bank account to debit agreed amount of monthly payments and still get emails from Paypal for balance.
What I want is the monthly payment method.
Thanks.
