Confused about paypal app warning

Hello peoples

 

I have the PayPal app but where you can view your payment sources, cards etc., it says my bank is unauthorised and has a small white exclamation mark next to it. Now I know my bank is confirmed because it says so on my account so what exactly needs authorising?

 

Also I have noticed that I do not get an option to pay after delivery on my account even though my bank account has been confirmed. I do not mean the option is not available when I make a purchase, I know that's down to the individual retailer, what I mean is on my actual PayPal account there is no-way to active the option. 😞

 

Can anyone help?
