Confirm identity address form doesn't work?

I've been sent some money and have been informed I need to confirm my details, which is fine. But the form on the website seems to want my street name and street number, which I don't have, and isn't accepting my postcode as valid. This is not ideal.
Is there any fix for this? I have tried different web browsers, the help line is closed.

Hi there Heathermoorhous.
Welcome to the Community!
I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties that you have been experiencing when trying to verify your identity on the PayPal website.
If you are unable to complete the automated process online, you should have an option to provide a photo id and proof of address document as an alternative to completing this requirement.
You can provide this information directly through the Resolution Centre on your account and then you will receive an update from the relevant teams when there is any new information regarding your account.
David.
