Close A Dispute/unauthorised payment

Im trying to close a dispute i made but when im clicking close it still says its opened or does it take a few hours to clear?

sometimes, it may take a minute for the system to process your information. To make sure your dispute is closed, you should receive a confirmation email. When the procedure does not work, a good option would be to cancel cache and cookies and delete your browser history as this may help you solve the issue.
