Hello everyone. Am i the only one that cant send payments at the moment? I tried for 24 hours, my friend from the netherlands cant send payments to people too.
I called paypal and they said there was no problems, but on downdetector people write they cant send too
does anyone know when this feature will work again, and what the problem is?
