Hello to anybody who would read this...
I have an account on the art website deviantArt http://www.deviantart.com/popular-1-week/
On this website people can pay you and you can later withdraw this money and transfer it to your Paypal account.
However over the past few weeks everytime I enter my Paypal adress on deviantArt to transfer my money I get the message as follow:
"Error: fail to process transaction"
The problem seems quite common among people on deviantArt and the staff is well aware of the issue. After a few exchanges with the Vice President of Marketing, Heidi, from deviantArt it appears the issue is coming not from deviantArt, but from Paypal itself. Heidi:
"As you know, we've been working with urgency to fix this issue. However, because the issue is on PayPal's end, there's only so much we can do.
Additionally, because the issue only affects a small number of people, PayPal is having trouble finding the source of the problem."
Is there anyway some of the staff around here could report this to their tech team and help solves this problem?
It is really frustrating to know I have so much money on a website waiting for me to be collected, but because of Paypal I have NO way to have it.

PS: my Paypal account is verified so that's not the issue.
