Cancelling my order

Hello ,I wonder if someone can help me.I just ordered products and I changed my mind after seeing the bad reviews on the net,luckily ,I think the order is not completed because I am waiting for a new card .?? can I stop this sale .I wrote to them telling them what happened and I told them to cancel the order.But I wanted PayPal not to pay them? how can I do that ? ,thanks in advance .blessings

You can't cancel a completed payment.

You need to get the seller to cancel the order and issue you with a refund.

When you pay a seller its never instant from your bank account or card, paypal CREDIT the seller upfront and then paypal wait for the funds to complete from your funding source.

If you stop the payment completing then paypal will put your paypal account into negative until you pay them back again.

If you don't get your item or it arrives misdescribed then you can open a paypal dispute.

Thanks very much for your answer, I feel my order it hasn't been completed ,I never got an acknowledgment from anybody ? Anyway I will have to wait and see,thanks for taking the time to answer me .
