Cancelling an ongoing payment

Hi, At some point I agreed an ongoing by payment to an organisation which I would like to cancel. It appears each month but doesn't appear as "pending" so there doesn't seem to be a way of cancelling it. The problem is it is linked to an account I want to delete (belonging to my ex husband) but it won't let me delete that account because of this pending payment Thanks for any help! Gail

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments > click on the one you want to cancel > cancel.

thank you. That has let me access a pile of organisations I had a paypal link to. I have cancelled them all and paid all the pending transactions.

BUT paypal still refuses to let me delte this bank account (ex husbands) despite the fact I have my bank account attached to it. It keeps saying there are pending transactions. I cant see how there can be? thanks

Give customer services a bell and they can remove it manually for you  >>

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent".

In the UK its free from any landline phone.
