Can't find premier account upgrade.

I wanted to upgrade to a premier account instead of a business account but I cannot find anywhere to do this. Has the premier account been discontinued or am I missing something? Many thanks

Personal and premier accounts were merged a while back.

So if you have a personal account then you have a personal / premier account and can sell using that account.

You only really need a business account if you are a registered business.
