I moved house 2 weeks ago and have tried every day since to try and change my primary address on my PayPal account. However, all I keep getting is an error message.
Anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it?
If that is not working then try another browser etc and if still no luck then phone customer services and they should be able to do it manually for you.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
