Being scammed

I am at present being scammed by an Eastern European, unfortunately resides here, as I`m sure like many of you, I dont sell abroad.

Shes claiming goods never arrived, even though she signed for them. Royal mail signed for.

Have any of you out there had similar experiences, and how did you fair???

If she has filed a dispute for non receipt of item then as long as you have added a tracking number to the dispute that proves delivery to the buyers paypal registered address then you should win.
