I have been using PayPal for over 10 years. I was asked in December to verify my ID. I attempt to upload my documents but there is a total size restriction of 2MB. There is no way I can reduce the file size for my Passport , Driving Licence and Utility bill to 2MB. I tried to use the profile upload centre but the same restriction applies. I called the call centre several times. They insist they sent me a link to upload files with no restriction but even that link has a restriction of 5MB.
There is no ther way for me to send the documents to PayPal. So I am wondering how have other people reduced there full Passport, driving licence and utility bill to less then 2MB.
It looks like PayPal are denying me the opportunaty to use the service. Can I complain to the FOS.
There is also no customer complaints procedure defined on the UK Web Site. Should all Financial Instituations declare their complaints procedures?
This is totally rediculos and unacceptable behavior from PayPal UK.
