AMEX problem?

After adding my AMEX card I was able to send money only once from it. It simply disappears when I try to pay same person second time. No option to choose payment source. Is it a bug or just some weird security policy (both my cards confirmed)

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

If you are not seeing your card as a method of payment when you are sending money it is possible that our security system is stopping this from being used. You will find more information here https://www.paypal.com/gb/selfhelp/article/why-won't-my-payment-go-through-faq1571?app=searchAutoCom... on what you can do when our security system kicks in.

My best recommendation is to try the payment again making sure that you are logging in from a secure location.
