200$ pending for more than 7 days! HELP ME PLEASE.

I selled something because i needed the money for a personal problem, and i needed them fast, so i selled something at a low price on 27 december. The money that i "got" were sended by "sender's bank account" and after i saw that they were in pending, i ask him, what is this, and why my money are on pending ? he told me that i need to wait 3-5 days, to get my money. I sad ok and waited for more than 7 days and still got nothing. CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME ? GIVE ME AN ANSWER, why i still didn't got my money. Please, i really need to know, cause it's a really hard time for me and my fam, and i needed the money fast... but i still got nothing.
